Kids love them, you can decorate them (if you are not to lazy like I am) or make a house.
And make sure your kid doesn´t eat the whole dough bevor you even started. :D
Gingerbread
Ingredients:
300 g rey flour
180 g sugar
80 g honey
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
gingerbread spices (take as much as recommended on the back of the sachet)
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a bowl an mix them. The dough shouldn´t be too sticky. If it feels to sticky add some more flour.
Let the dough rest for 1 day in the fridge.
Now it´s time to decide what you want to do with it.
Never mind what you do, roll the dough out about 1/2 cm thick, probably more.
Preheat the oven to 185°C.
When you´ve decided what to do brush the gingerbread with an egg and bake it for about 8 minutes, or a bit longer when you make plates for a house.
