Making of...

.... Tobi´s Birthday Cake.

I made two different cakes. The Ultimate Chocholate Cake and a poppy seed cake.

I took twice the mass of each cake, so the cake is higher. You could also make 4 different cakes, but I think two are enough.

I sticked them together with an all-butter Buttercream.

Then I cut the cake, like I wanted to have it.

And iced it.

And then I covered it with a Marshmallow Fondant and decorated it.
