Marshmallow Fondant

A very simple Fondant and easy to color. But make sure you have food color from a drugstore, the other ones don´t color very well.




Marshmallow Fondant

Ingredients:

450 g Marshmallows
1 kg confectioners´ sugar
3 tablespoons water

Instructions:

Melt the marshmallows with the water in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Mix 500 g of the sugar with the marshmallows. Kneat the rest of the sugar in with your hands.
And then you can color it.
If the Fondant gets a bit hard, just put it for a short time in the microwave.
