Brownies

It´s heavily snowing. Tobi doesn't want to go outside, because "my hands get cold". At least we were 10 minutes outside to pick up the car  from the other street. This morning it was impossible to drive up our road, because on the street were about 20 cm snow and the street is steep, so no chance to drive this street. 
So what to do all day long? Yes....baking.


Brownies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup / 112 g butter, melted
1 cup / 200 g cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup / 62 g all-purpose flour
1/3 cup / 40 g unsweetened cocoa
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 / 62 g cup copped nuts

Instructions:

Heat oven to 175°C. Grease 22 cm square baking pan. 
Stir together butter and sugar. Add eggs; beat well. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to egg mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in nuts.. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
Bake 25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan.





I made these Brownies with a very delicious cocoa, which I became from a lovely family. Thank you!! 
I will now enjoy my Brownies with a cup hot chocolate, of course made of the heart cocoa.
