Risotto with trout

I invited myself today for lunch at my parent's house. Always a good idea! Mummies and Grannies just cook different. And I just like to eat here. (So I don't need to wonder what to cook. And Big Boy just always says Pasta.)
Today she made Risotto with trout. *mjami*
