Ingredients
1/2 kg cooked, peeled potatoes
120 g flour (or more, depends on the potatoes)
40 g butter
2 egg yolks
salt
poppy seeds
confectioner's sugar
Instructions:
Make a potato dough out of the potatoes, flour and egg yolks. The dough shouldn't be to sticky, so you probably need more flour.
Take some part of your dough and form a role. Cut finger thick pieces from the role and form thick noodles out of it.
Cook them in salt water till they swim on the surface.
Mix the poppy seeds with the sugar.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the noodles. Add the poppy seed-sugar mix. Voilà...enjoy.
Or enjoy them naked or with sugared bread crumbs. :)
