Therefor I made it with pasta.
Who doesn't love pasta? Pasta goes with nearly everything. The kids love it and it's quickly cooked.
I just browned an onion and one garlic glove in some olive oil. Chopped the chard, put it in the pan and turned the heat down. Put some tomatoes in the pan. Salted, peppered it and mixed it with a spoon of greek yoghurt. Added the cooked pasta and some of the pasta water.
Et voilà...finished.
The good thing, even hubby ate it. :) That says a lot.
He looked a bit...strange as he saw it, but he really liked it. :)
But I made a portion without tomatoes for him, as he doesn't eat them.
