Once a Week a new Recipe - Gooey Mug Cake

One week is over. Yeah!
A new recipe please....
But what to do when it's so hot outside. I wasn't much into baking or cooking this week. The whole room gets way too hot if you do anything. If it would be just a kitchen, well okay, then no problem. But it's also our living room. Incredibly handy. I can watch the kids playing or screaming, or fighting or whatever they do. Actually they are really good, although LittleBoy is a bit grumpy at the moment, I guess it's because of his teeth. But BigBoy started to play with him, and that is really great. LittleBoy always smiles when he sees him. And this week he even fed him. Isn't that cute. <3
So, where have I been?
Ahh....yes, too hot to be in the kitchen.
I thought, what could I do without heating up everything and something really really quickly. Like I said, LittleBoy was really grumpy this week and was stuck to me. So, something fast. Really fast.
Finally I did something really fast. Like 2 minutes fast...
I made a Mug Cake. Wow...didn't know that a Mug Cake is so cool and tasty and OMG I could eat more of this.
I could imagine this cake with chocolate chips inside, or caramel topping... *drooling* I just had ice-cream with the cake.
But just try it and want more...



Gooey Mug Cake

Ingredients:

1 egg
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa, unsweetened

Instructions:

Combine everything well. Fill it in a mug and put it in the microwave for 50 to 60 seconds on high power. That's it. Enjoy it still hot.
I had it 50 seconds in the microwave at 750 watt. The cake will rise up and fall back down and finished.
